Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/01966/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works hereby consented shall be begun within three years of the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, to ensure that this consent does not continue in existence indefinitely if the development to which it relates is not carried out.
2) No development shall take place until a scheme has been submitted for written approval by the Local Planning Authority setting out the details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof and how the building is to be made good. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved scheme.

Reason: To protect the visual amenities of this Grade II Listed building.
3) No development shall take place until details of the materials and colouration to be used for the rainwater goods for the development hereby permitted are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall be carried out in accordance therewith.

Reason: To safeguard the special architectural and historic interest of this statutorily listed building.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 13-093-01, 13093-02,13-093-05B, 13-093-08, 13-093-09.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
