Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/02102/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The crossover details, drainage details and external works details previously approved under CB/11/04446/FULL shall be implemented on site prior to the occupation of the development as a whole.

Reason: To ensure that the previously approved details are implemented on site and to negate the need for further details to be submitted, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
3) The turning space and on site parking areas for vehicles illustrated on the approved Plan (No 2014/768/200B) shall be constructed before the development as a whole is first brought into use.
Reason: To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn outside the highway limits thereby avoiding the reversing of vehicles on to the highway, in accordance with DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 2014/768/200B, 2014/768/204 and 2014/768/205/B.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
