Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/02238/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Within 2 months of the grant of this planning permission, the existing climbing frame at the southern, rear of the garden shall be removed from the property or re-sited to the rear of the dwelling in full accordance with the submitted plans hereby approved.

Reason: To secure the removal of the existing climbing frame from its present siting to protect the amenity of surrounding residents.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R and Policy 43 D.S.C.B)
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers [CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, CBC/004, CBC/005, CBC/006].

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
