Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00413/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows shall be inserted into the side elevation of the proposed extension that faces towards 81 Lowther Road.
REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
(Policies BE8 & H8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Floor and Elevation Drawings received 11/04/08 and Site Plan received 06/05/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
