Conditions or Reasons:
1) By reason of its siting and height, the fence appears intrusive and out of character in the street scene, to the detriment of the visual amenity of the locality. The development is therefore contrary to the principle of good design as set out in national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1 - 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and to Policy BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
