Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00445
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The glass panels in the north western elevation adjacent to the rear garden of No. 50 Douglas Crescent shown coloured blue on the Elevation Drawing received 22/04/08 shall remain permanently fix shut and obscure glazed above a height of 1.8 metres.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of the adjoining property. (Policies BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Site Plan and Floor and Elevation Drawings received 22/04/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
