Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/02683/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall take place until details in respect of the following are submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and shall be carried out in full accordance with such approved details:
Full details of all new and replacement windows and doors.
Reason: To ensure that the special architectural and historic interest of the conservation area and its appearance is properly maintained in accordance with good conservation practice and Chapter 12 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
3) The bathroom window in the west facing elevation of the development hereby permitted shall be permanently fitted with obscured glass of a type to substantially restrict vision through it at all times and shall be non-opening. No further windows or other openings shall be formed in the west facing elevation.

Reason: To safeguard the privacy of occupiers of the adjoining property
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 100A (existing site plan, floor plan and elevations); 200A (proposed site plan, floor & roof plans); 201A (proposed elevations; 900 (location plan); 202A (block plan).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
