Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00481
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) New external brickwork shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) Prior to the first occupation of the conservatory hereby approved, the glass panels in the east and west elevations of the lantern above the conservatory shown coloured blue on Drawing No. RM/08/046.1B received 24/06/08 shall be permanently fixed shut and obscure glazed.
REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of the adjoining properties.
(Policies BE8 & H8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) Prior to the first occupation of the conservatory hereby approved, the fence panels along the eastern boundary of the property shall be raised to a height of 2 metres so as to screen the conservatory door from the rear garden of number 16 Dunstall Road, and thereafter retained at that height.
REASON : To protect the privacy of the occupiers of the adjoining property.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. RM 08/046.1B received 24/06/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved drawing and to avoid doubt.
