Conditions or Reasons:
1) The operations as specified in the first schedule hereto constitute development within the meaning given in Section 55 of the 1990 Act and require planning permission pursuant to Section 57 of the Act. However, pursuant to Classes B and C of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) 1995, as amended, the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained.
