Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/03295/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the detail shown on the plans hereby approved this permission only relates to the boundary gate and fencing to the east and north of the host dwelling known as 4 Meadowsweet. It does not grant planning permission for the proposed gates depicted on drawing number CBC/003 to the south of the dwelling house at the junction of the driveway with the roadway.

Reason: For the avoidance of doubt.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: CBC/001; CBC/002; CBC/003; CBC/004; CBC/006.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
