| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application and prior to the commencement of the approved development, an external finishes schedule shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved development shall thereafter be implemented strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the building.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application and prior to the commencement of the approved development, drawn detail at an appropriate scale between 1:10 and 1:20 in plan, elevation and section, showing all new external doors and replacement windows to be installed, as indicated on submitted drawing 1525.02.04 rev. b, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the approved development shall thereafter be implemented strictly in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the building.

The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1525.01.00 rev b, 1525.02.01 rev b, 1525.02.02 rev b, 1525.02.03 rev b, 1525.02.04 rev b, 1525.02.05 rev b, 1525.02.06 rev c, 1525.01.01 rev B, 1525.01.02 rev B, 1525.01.03 rev B, 1525.01.04 rev B, 1525.01.05 rev B, 1525.01.06 rev B & 1525.01.07 rev B.
Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. |
