Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/03406/LB
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.

Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall take place, until a schedule of exterior finishes including written Specification of lime mortar, plaster and/or render mixes proposed to be used in the development hereby approved, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall only be carried out in accordance with the approved schedule of works and maintained as such thereafter. Details shall include a full and detailed specification of all materials to be used in the works.

Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural interest and integrity of the building is conserved and maintained.

3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, any fixing of the framing of the new single-glazed timber French Doors hereby approved to the existing timber frame, shall be of screw fixings only.

Reason: To ensure that the proposed development/work is carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic character and appearance of the area.

4) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003, 13611/200 and Design and Access Statement dated 27/08/14.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
