Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/03464/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The building hereby approved shall be used only for agricultural purposes as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and if at any time the building ceases to be used or required for such purpose it shall be removed and the site re-instated.

Reason: To ensure that the building is used for agricultural purposes only since it lies within a rural area where restrictive planning policies apply and where only that development needed to meet the essential requirements of the locality is permitted.

3) No development shall take place until details of the materials to be used in the construction of the external surfaces of the development hereby permitted have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenity of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Green Belt.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC/001, CBC/002 & CBC/003.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
