Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/03774/LDCP
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The operations as specified in the first schedule hereto at 7 Furzenhall Road, Biggleswade, constitute development within the meaning given in Section 55 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) and requires planning permission pursuant to Section 57 of the Act. However, pursuant to Article 3 and Class I of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995, as amended and Sections 58 to 61 of the above mentioned Act, the operations constitute permitted development for which planning permission is deemed to be granted and express planning permission need not be obtained in respect thereof.
