Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00563
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring three years from the date of this decision when the use of the land for the stationing of a mobile home shall be discontinued and the mobile home removed from the site and the land re-instated unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its continuation.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to review the need for the mobile home when the permission expires in the interests of protecting the openness of the the Green Belt.

2) Before the mobile home hereby permitted is brought onto the site, the existing mobile home used to provide staff facilites shall be removed from the site.
REASON: To safeguard the character of the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the openness of the South Bedfordshire Green Belt in this particular location.
3) The mobile home shall only be occupied by a person solely or mainly employed in horticulture at the nursery enterprise occupying the holding known as Four Acres Nursery and to any resident dependant.
REASON: The District Planning Authority would not permit the erection of a dwelling on this site unconnected with the use of land for agriculture.
(Policies H10 & H11, S.B.L.P.R).
4) Notwithstanding any details submitted with the application, full details of the materials, size, height and external appearance of the mobile home shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
REASON: To safeguard the visual amenity having regard to the Green Belt and rural location of the site.

5) This permission relates only to the details shown on Location Plan and Site Layout Plan received 21/05/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
