Conditions or Reasons:
1) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the Shoe Cottage, 15 High Street, Blunham

Reason: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the residential character of the area and the interests of residential amenity.

2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers GPA/JG/Loc1 and JLG443/01.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
