Conditions or Reasons:
1) The garage by reasons of its siting, design and scale is unsympathetic to the design and appearance of the surrounding dwellings and represents an incongruous feature, harmful to the visual amenity of the area and detrimental to the appearance of the street scene. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design as set out in national guidance within Planning Policy Statement 1, 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and to Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
