Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/03961/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of Class C of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 2005, (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order, with or without amendment), the units of tourist accommodation hereby permitted shall only be used for that purpose and shall at no time be occupied as permanent dwelling(s).

Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to exercise proper control over the development having regard to the location of the site within the open countryside.
3) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers SE2926, SE 2926/1A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
