Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/14/04035/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development, by nature of its scale, size and layout, would result in a cramped and unacceptable form of development that would have an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the site, setting and area; the amenities of surrounding residential occupiers and future occupiers of the development; would result in harm to the existing landscaping on the site; and has inadequate turning and maneuvering areas for vehicles. In addition, insufficient information has been provided to assess the proposed access and any resulting impact on landscaping. As such the proposal is considered contrary to policies CS14 and DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009) and the Council's Design Guidance (2014).
