Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00612
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development shall only be carried out in complete accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
REASON: To ensure no variation from the approved plans.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
3) The building shall only be used for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling.
REASON: To prevent the introduction of an inappropriate use harmful to the Green Belt or character of the area.
(Policy BE8 S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Design Layout Plan received 04/06/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
