Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00643
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
REASON: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application the proposed new external soil and vent pipe shall be of painted cast iron construction.
REASON: To protect the Special Architectural and Historic interest of the building.
3) This consent relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawings Nos. SK02, SK03, SK04, SK05 and SK06 received on 18th June 2008 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
