Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would, by reason of the first floor side extension being less then 1.0m from the common boundary with No 26 Redwood Glade, result in a cramped form of development and would give rise to the potential for visual terracing. The proposed development would therefore detract from the visual amenity of the locality, the street scene and the Heath Road Plantation Road Area of Special Character. The proposal would thereby be contrary to national guidance as contained in Planning Policy Statement (PPS1) Delivering Sustainable Development and Policies H8, BE6 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
