Conditions or Reasons:

1) This permission is limited to a period expiring one year after the date of this permission when the siting of the mobile home shall be discontinued and along with associated buildings or structures removed and the land re instated, unless before that date the Local Planning Authority has granted permission for its retention.

Reason: The application is requested for a temporary period and to preserve the openness of the Green Belt.

2) Within two months of the date of this permission details of the junction of the proposed vehicular access with the highway shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for its approval in writing and implemented within two months of the approval.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises.

3) Within on month of the date of this permission being issued details of a scheme showing the provision of two off-street parking spaces to serve the caravan shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The details to be approved shall include the proposed materials for construction and arrangements shall be made for surface water from the site to be intercepted and disposed of separately so that it does not discharge into the highway. The approved scheme shall be implemented and made available for use within one month of approval and thereafter the parking provision shall not be used for any other purposes.

Reason: To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn clear of the highway to minimise danger, objection and inconvenience to users of the adjoining highway.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 275/001/B and 275/002/A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
