Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/00101/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the details shown development shall not begin until details of the widened junction of the vehicular access with the highway, parking provision of two spaces measuring 2.5m x 5.0m each and details of surfacing in bituminous or other similar durable material (not loose aggregate) for a distance of 5.0m into the site, measured from the highway boundary, have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and the conversion of the garage shall not commence until the junction, parking provision and surfacing and drainage has been constructed in accordance with the approved details. Arrangements shall be made for surface water drainage from the site to be intercepted and disposed of separately so that it does not discharge into the highway.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises and to provide adequate on site parking and avoid the carriage of mud or other extraneous material or surface water from the site into the highway so as to safeguard the interest of highway safety.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number 01
