| Conditions or Reasons: | 1)
The works shall begin not later than three years from the date of this consent.
Reason: To comply with Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. |

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no development shall take place until samples of the materials proposed to be used in the reconstructed wall hereby approved, including bricks, wall and pier cappings/copings and creasing tiles, as appropriate, have been made available on site for inspection and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the wall in the interests of the visual amenities and historical significance of the locality.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no development shall take place until details of the brick bond, mortar mix and mortar jointwork finishing to be used in the replacement boundary wall hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the wall in the interests of the visual amenities and historical significance of the locality.

Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, no development shall take place until drawn detail in elevation and section at an appropriate scale between 1:10 and 1:20 showing the masonry method of the forming of the projecting base plinth, wall capping and projecting piers of the proposed replacement boundary wall hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To control the appearance of the wall in the interests of the visual amenities and historical significance of the locality.
