Conditions or Reasons:
1) The erection of the proposed first floor flat roofed rear extension will by reason of its excessive size, close proximity to the adjoining property number 12 Saunders Piece and to many of the rear facing windows in number 12 Saunders Piece, result in an undue loss of light and outlook harmful to the residential amenity of the occupiers of that property. The development would be in conflict with planning policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Planning Document dated and Policy 43 in the Submitted Development Strategy for Central Bedfordshire dated 2014.
