Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/00570/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the existing building.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The laundrette premises hereby permitted shall only be open to customers between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm Mondays to Saturdays and 10 am to 4 pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Reason: To safeguard the residential amenity which the occupiers of neighbouring properties might reasonably expect to enjoy.

4) Notwithstanding the submitted details, the door to the laundrette facility hereby approved shall open into the laundrette and not outwards onto the public highway.

Reason: In the interests of the safety and convenience of users of the public highway.
(Policy BE8, SBLPR and Policy 43, DSCB).
5) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1719/1-001, 1719/1-002D, 1719/1-003D, 1719/1-004, 1719/1-005C.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
