Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/00887/REG3
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall take place until details of the improvements to the junction between the access road and Brewers Hill Road and the improvements to the access road itself have been approved by the Local Planning Authority and the development shall not be put into use until that junction has been constructed in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and of the proposed estate road.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan, number 907271-000-001.

Reason: To identify the approved plan and to avoid doubt.
