1) The stationing of 8 trailers grouped together for a temporary period (on an overnight basis) for the purpose of providing a temporary loading bay and in the location shown on the submitted plan, is not considered to be development as defined in Section 55 (1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
