Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/00974/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) No development shall take place until full details of special raft type foundations have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The foundations shall ensure minimal ground disturbance around the hedge at the front of the site which is to be retained. The development shall be constructed strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: Details are required prior to excavation taking place to ensure the protection of the root systems and rooting medium associated with the hedgerow to be retained.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 243HR/SK01, 243HR/SK02A, 243HR/SK03A, 243HR/SK04A, 243HR/SK05A, 243HR/SK06A, 243HR/SK07A, 243HR/SK08, 243HR/SK10.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
