Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/00980/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall accord with the details set out on the application form unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match/complement the existing building(s) and the visual amenities of the locality.
3) Notwithstanding any provision of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) 1995 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) no further extension, external alteration of windows shall be commenced without prior determination by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the visual amenity of this rural location.
4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: SK01 F (planning drawings - proposed stables); SK19-1 & SK19-2 (stable door/window details); CBC/001 (planting plan); 19299 (topographical survey); 19299 (barn survey); 19299 (stable survey); SK03-E (barn plans and elevations); SK04 (hard landscaping); SK05 (drainage / levels); SK06 (tree protection plan).

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
