Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within three months of the date of this permission the building shall be painted or stained in a dark brown colour.

Reason: To safeguard the character and visual amenities of the locality.
2) Other than the requirement to stain or paint the building in condition 1, the development hereby permitted shall be in accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1001, 1002 and 1003.
Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
