Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed rear extension would, because of its size, bulk, and siting, have an unduly overbearing impact on the adjoining property, number 44 Katherine Drive, detrimental to the residential amenity of the occupiers of that property. The proposal is therefore contrary to the principles of good design set out in national guidance in Planning Policy Statement 1: 'Delivering Sustainable Development' and Policies BE8 and H8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan Review.
