Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed amendments to the development would site the development within closer proximity to an adjoining neighbouring property and would constitute an enlargement to the approved development, whereby it is considered essential for the owners/occupiers of the adjoining neighbouring properties to be consulted and given the opportunity to submit a written representation for consideration in the determination of any application for such development. Thereby the proposed amendments are not acceptable as a Non-Material Amendment to planning permission ref: CB/14/02343/FULL dated 18/08/2014.
