Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/01284/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The dwellinghouse hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to match as closely as possible in colour, type and texture, those of the adjacent dwelling.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing adjacent dwelling in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The dwelling hereby approved shall not be occupied until the proposed vehicular access and parking scheme has been constructed in accordance with the approved details shown on drawing number DD 15/045.1 and the access and parking shall be retained thereafter.

Reason: In order to minimise danger, obstruction and inconvenience to users of the highway and the premises.

4) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plan number DD 15/045.1.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
