Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/01469/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works shall be finished in materials and in accordance with that shown on drawing 1807.12.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is appropriate within the Conservation Area and listed building setting.

3) Details of the storage and disposal of manure and the location of any manure storage area shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local planning Authority prior to first use of the building. Dung shall be stored and disposed of strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: In the interests of neighbouring amenity and to prevent pollution of the environment.
4) No manure shall be burnt on site.

Reason: To safeguard the amenities of occupiers of nearby properties.
5) The development hereby permitted shall be used only as private, non-commercial stabling and for no other purpose.

Reason: To prevent the stables from being used for commercial purposes to the detriment of the locality.
6) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 1807/12, 1807/13.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
