Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed development would result in additional pedestrian usage of an existing access of insufficient width to accommodate two way traffic or to provide refuge for pedestrians and would thereby be detrimental to public safety within the access and at the junction of the access with the public highway by virtue of the poor visibility between driver and pedestrian, contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies for Central Bedfordshire (North) and Technical Guidance - Design in Central Bedfordshire (revised 2014)
