Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/01682/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The removal of the Ash tree hereby approved shall not take place until a scheme for the planting of a replacement tree, including the location, species and size of the replacement tree, has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved scheme shall be implemented by the end of the full planting season immediately following the removal of the existing Ash tree (a full planting season means the period from October to March). The tree shall subsequently be maintained and if it should die or be destroyed, it shall be replaced during the next planting season.

Reason: To maintain the character and appearance of the site and the wider Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers DPL/15/07-1, DPL/15/07-2A, DPL/15/07-SK1, CBC/001.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
