Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/01902/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Before commencement of the construction of the proposed development, hereby permitted, and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building in accordance with Policies CS14, CS15, DM3 and DM13 of the Central Bedfordshire (North) Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Development Plan Document and Policies 43 and 45 of the emerging Development Strategy for Central Bedfordshire. Details must be approved before the commencement of the construction of the proposed development in order to ensure that the materials used would properly maintain the appearance of the Woburn Conservation Area.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers BPC/280 Location Plan, BPC/280 05A and BPC/280 04E.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
