Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00880
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning General Permitted Development Order 1995, or any amendments thereto, the gates hereby permitted shall not protrude forward onto the public highway whilst being opened and shall be remotely operated. The gates shall thereafter be permanently retained on site, unless permission has been granted by the District Planning Authority on an application made for a variation of the permitted details.
REASON: To ensure that adequate provision is made for the parking of vehicles clear of the highway in the interest of public safety.
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on plans received 21/08/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
