Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/08/00824
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.
REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development shall only be used as an annexe/extension to the dwelling and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit.
REASON: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.
(Policy BE8, S.B.L.P.R).
3) The external finish of the walls and roofing materials to be used shall be in accordance with the details shown on Drawing No. LO1 rev B or any other details of materials as may be agreed to in writing by the District Planning Authority.
REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the surrounding buildings.
(Policies BE8 & BE6, S.B.L.P.R).
4) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan, Block Plan and Drawing No. LO1 rev B received 22/08/08 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
