Conditions or Reasons:
1) The Council as Local Planning Authority hereby gives notice of its decision to REFUSE the application for the development as shown on the details received on 22 July 2015 because the proposed extension would exceed the limitation under paragraph A.1(j)(iii) of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015, whereby the enlarged part of the dwellinghouse would adjoin an existing outbuilding to the side of the host dwelling and result in the enlarged part of the dwelling exceeding a width greater than half the width of the original dwellinghouse. As such, the proposal requires the benefit of planning permission.
