Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed two storey side extension would result in unacceptable harm to the character and appearance of the area by virtue of its dominant scale and location on a prominent corner plot. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies Document (2009) and the Councils Deign Guide (Revised 2014).
