Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/02820/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out with grey fibreglass cladding external walls and brown concrete roof tiles.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development by ensuring that the development hereby permitted is finished externally with materials to match the existing building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality in accordance with Policies CS14 and DM3 of Central Bedfordshire Council's Core Strategy.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers Conveyance Plan - Plot 108, 2010/CAM/C/02, 2010/CAM/C/03, 2010/CAM/C/04, 2010/CAM/C/07, 2010/CAM/C/08, CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003 and CBC/004.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
