Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/02997/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Part 1, Class E of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no buildings or other structures shall be erected or constructed within the residential curtilage of Honeywick Farmhouse without the grant of further specific planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To protect the Green Belt from loss of openness.
(Section 9, NPPF).
2) The development hereby permitted relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: 003, CBC/001, CBC/002, CBC/003.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
3) Within three months of the date of this decision, a plan shall be submitted clearly demarcating the residential curtilage of Honeywick Farm and a scheme for proposed boundary treatment to separate the residential curtilage from the surrounding land. The boundary scheme shall be implemented and retained thereafter. No land within the ownership of Honeywick Farm outside the marked residential curtilage shall be used for residential purposes.

Reason: To prevent the intrusion of the residential curtilage into the open countryside to the detriment of the character and openness of the Green Belt.
(Section 9, NPPF)
