Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/03105/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The part change of use to cycle repairs in combination with the existing lawful residential use results in an unacceptable number of reversing vehicle movements to and from the site. This has a detrimental impact upon the safety and efficiency of the local highway network and a detrimental impact on pedestrian safety. As such the proposal is contrary to Policy DM3 of the Central Bedfordshire Core Strategy and Development Management Policies 2009.
