Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/03184/ADV
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This consent is limited to a period of five years from the date of this decision.

Reason: To comply with Regulation 14 of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007.
2) Any advertisement displayed, and any site used for the display of advertisements, shall be maintained in a condition that does not impair the visual amenity of the site.
3) Where any advertisement is required under these Regulations to be removed, the site shall be left in a condition that does not endanger the public or impair visual amenity.

Reason: Conditions 2-6: To comply with the provisions of Schedule 2 (Regulation 2 (1) of the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007.
4) If within a period of 12 months following the first use of the lighting columns the Planning Authority requires the alignment of the lights to be adjusted and/or hoods or shields to be fitted, this shall be carried out in accordance with an agreed scheme within 7 days of official notification. The means of illumination shall thereafter be implemented only in accordance with the agreed scheme and thereafter retained.

Reason: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents.
5) All signage shall be finished in non reflective materials.

Reason: To avoid undue distraction to motorists and to avoid possible resemblance to and confusion with bona-fide road signs.
6) The proposed means of illumination shall be shielded so that no glare or dazzle occurs to drivers of vehicles using the public highway.

Reason: In the interest of road safety.
7) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers CBC1A, CBC2A, CBC 3, CBC4, CBC5, CBC6, CBC7.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
