Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed first floor rear addition by reason of its excessive depth, height and bulk would appear as being out of keeping with the character of the property, the pair of houses and to the detriment the visual amenities of the wider area. This will be in conflict with policy DM3 in the Core Strategy and Development Management Planning Document dated 2009, policy 43 in the emerging Development Strategy for Central Bedfordshire dated 2014 and the design guide on House Alterations and Extensions.
