Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/03394/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The brick slips shall be as detailed in the Appendix to the submitted supporting statement, or alternatively with a similar brick slip which shall in match as closely as possible the bricks on the adjoining property.

Reason: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the visual amenities of the locality.

3) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 10.41.15 i.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
