Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/15/03407/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The external materials to be used for both the construction of the exterior of the enlargements and the alterations to the existing dwellinghouse hereby permitted shall be completed in accordance with Drawing Number: PL03 Revision C prior to the first occupation of the enlargements hereby approved.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality, in accordance with Policy DM3 of the Core Strategy and Development Management Policies (2009).
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: PL-01; PL-02; PL-03 Revision C; PL-04; SU-01; and SU-02 Revision A.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
